Beginning with the famous mall road, you will see a colorful mix of shops that sell handicrafts, woolens, toys, bags, jewellery and clothes .etc. Along with the shops, there are restaurants that have cuisine inspired from Italy, Israel, and U.S.A as well several other parts of the world. There are also restaurants that offer Punjabi and south Indian cuisines, besides the typical local flavors of Himachal.

If you are an adventure sport lover, you are at the right place, because there is so much here to choose from, that you will have to devote a day or two entirely to it. There is zorbing, river crossing, and rafting, mountain-climbing etc. Paragliding another great sport to try. One may either choose to hire a travel guide to take you to a step by step guided trip, or opt to discover things on your own here. Either way you can make the most of these activities if you are ready to leave behind your inhibitions and lunge into the true beauty of nature.
Going a bit further, you will see the Rohtang pass, one of the beautiful places in India, where the sun shines brightly over the snow-capped mountain tops, making them glisten and look like a movie set. Sitting atop a glorious hill-peak, watching the skies play a paraphernalia of clouds and sunlight, you will see nature’s true colors, wanting to capture it all on your camera. You tend to get this mild blush tan on your cheeks when you visit Rohtang Pass. It’s because the altitude is really high and the sun is really close by.
